We currently ship via Royal Mail

All packages are trackable and contents are insured.

UK Mainland domestic shipping

Delivery time is normally 2-4 working days.

International shipping

Please contact us for delivery quote if outside mainland UK

Europe - delivery period normally 3-10 working days

USA & Canada - delivery period normally 5-15 working days

The delivery periods above may be subject to delays due to export customs which is out with our control.

Please note outside the UK the buyer is responsible for paying any additional local taxes and Customs Duty.

Return Cost

Should you wish to return an item the postage fee will be the purchasers responsibility.

30 Days to Return

Product returns will be accepted within 30 days following the date of delivery of the product to you.

The product should be returned unused.

Returned in it’s original packaging or to the same standard.

The item must be returned via a tracked delivery service.

Returns and Exchanges

Any item made to order.

Any item personalised for you.

Any items returned damaged.

A refund will be processed as soon as possible but within 30 days following the day your returned item is received.

Commission Pieces of Work

After initial consultation on your commission piece we request a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the agreed total build fee to cover initial material costs.

We will keep you updated regularly on the progress of your order with appropriate images when possible.

Upon completion of your piece we will require the outstanding balance to be paid within 30 days. If final payment is not received within 30 days the workpiece would become available for other customers to purchase.

Upon receiving payment your item will be shipped.

Finally the build/creative time frame will be dependent on other pre-existing work commitments.
